Information we collect
To establish or amend your trust we collect the applicant, settlor, trustees, beneficiaries and trust details you submit via our forms, plus payment metadata for the crypto transaction.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to generate your trust deed and supporting documents, to provide customer support, and to maintain records as required by applicable law.
Crypto payments
We never see your private keys. We store the transaction hash, the address you sent to, the token and quoted amount, and the USD value at the time of the quote.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with the trustee administrator, our hosting provider, and where legally required.
